Filter evaluates one condition for each incoming record. The True anchor contains records that meet it. The False anchor contains the remaining records. Both outputs can be useful: an operations report can use the accepted stream while an exception report preserves the records that need review. Selecting F instead of T changes the question your workflow answers.
Write the threshold carefully. Greater than 100 excludes exactly 100, while greater than or equal to 100 includes it. A null is a missing value and needs an explicit test when the business rule mentions missing data. Inspect both outputs when a result seems too small. An empty result can be correct if no records meet the condition; adding unrelated records to make a table look full would change the rule.
