Plates are what you spend in the Interview Hub. A spoken interview uses 1 plate a minute, counted to the second, and pauses are free. Typed practice uses half a plate a minute after the free 20 minutes each day, and an interview built for a job ad uses 5 plates. All Access includes 30 plates a month, used before any plates you buy.
The monthly plates on All Access reset at the start of each billing period. Plates you buy in a pack never expire.
