Advanced workflow discussion includes the assumptions behind the tools. Define the grain of each source, what counts as an exception and what another person can expect from the output. A repeatable process must handle the next file, including new records and a changed row count, without relying on one visible sample.
These questions focus on audits, state across records, macro contracts and source changes. A correct response may preserve an exception instead of forcing a match, or require an explicit business decision before discarding a duplicate. Use the narrowest conclusion supported by the evidence. A zero net difference is only a net difference. It doesn't establish worker-level agreement. Explain which record-level evidence would settle the question and which assumptions remain outside the workflow itself.
