Meadow Operations receives a second work-order extract after the preparation team finishes. Its reviewer needs both a clean list and evidence of repeated business keys. Keep the distinction between a duplicate key and a generated sequence number: adding RowID makes every row number different, but it doesn't remove duplicate work orders.
Order matters when you take the first or last records. Read whether the request names the incoming order or a business sort. For ties, include the requested second key. The practice also revisits a filter boundary so that a sorted table doesn't distract you from which records belong in it. Check the selected anchor after Unique; the duplicate stream can look plausible while answering the opposite question.
