PIVOT groups source rows and creates one output column for each category you name. Start with a narrow source projection. Any remaining source columns can become grouping keys, so leaving an order id in the input can produce one row per order instead of the regional summary you intended.
Aster Supply reports completed, pending, refunded and canceled orders separately. Use explicit category values so the result has a predictable schema. A missing category is different from a category whose amount sums to zero: SUM returns NULL for an absent group, while a count reports zero. Apply a zero default only when the report asks for one. Conditional aggregation with CASE is an equally valid way to build these outputs. The checker reads the resulting values rather than requiring PIVOT text, which lets you choose either approach and compare the resulting grain.
