A worksheet that reads well in the grid can print across several unwanted pages. Page Layout > Page Setup controls how the cells fit on paper. Start with the content you need, then choose the page settings that keep its labels and values readable.
Use Landscape for a wide report and Portrait for a narrow one. Margins control the blank space around the content. Scaling can shrink or enlarge the printout, while Fit to limits its page width and height. Fitting a long report to one page tall may make every row too small, so one page wide with an unrestricted height is often a better choice.
A Print Area excludes scratch calculations and unused columns. Page Break Preview shows the page boundaries on the worksheet without changing the data. Inspect those boundaries before treating a report as ready to distribute.
