A help desk logged twelve tickets in March. Each question goes in column K, next to its label in column J, and needs one formula over rows 2 to 13.
You'll use COUNTIF for one condition, COUNTIFS for two, and COUNTBLANK for empty cells. Watch the boundaries ("4 hours or less" includes 4), and remember that empty cells never match a number condition like ">=4".
To count two values in one column, add two COUNTIFs together, or give COUNTIF both values in braces and wrap it in SUM: =SUM(COUNTIF(D2:D13,{"High","Urgent"})).
