Page two of a printed worksheet may contain numbers without the headings that explain them. Page Layout > Print Titles repeats specified rows at the top of every page and specified columns at the left. The repeated headings help readers understand each page without turning back.
In the Sheet tab of Page Setup, enter a whole-row reference such as $1:$2 in Rows to repeat at top. Use a whole-column reference such as $A:$A in Columns to repeat at left. These references identify titles, not the report's print area.
A title block can span several rows. Include the column headings as well as the report name, but avoid repeating a large notes section on every page. Print Titles change only the printed layout. They don't freeze panes or duplicate worksheet cells.
