Eight short LBO tasks, each on its own sheet: the pieces a private equity associate checks first in any model.
They follow the life of a deal: fund it (sources and uses), service the debt (interest on the opening balance, a sweep capped at what is owed), sell it (exit EV, then equity), and measure it (MOIC, IRR, a dividend recap, credit ratios).
Two rules of thumb help you sanity-check every answer: doubling your money in five years is about a 15% IRR, and tripling it's about 25%. If your formula says 3x in five years is 45%, look again.
Answers are checked on hidden data too, so point every formula at the input cells.
