Eight short tasks, each on its own sheet, mixing the DCF and multiples work from this level. Each is the kind of cell a reviewer checks first in a pitch book or a fairness analysis.
Two ideas tie them together. Match the claims: enterprise value belongs to everyone with a claim on the business (debt, preferred stock, noncontrolling interest, equity), so it pairs with EBITDA; equity value belongs to shareholders, so it pairs with net income and per-share prices. And move between them with the bridge: equity value = EV - net debt - other claims.
Watch the edge cases: an EBITDA of exactly zero, an outlier that drags the mean, options out of the money, and a premium measured from a price that already includes the rumor.
