A pull request presents a branch for review; it is not itself a Git commit. Review comments and approval states belong to the hosting service. This simulator provides a local review page and explicit review controls, so its pr commands are teaching controls rather than standard installed Git subcommands. Read the proposed files before approving. The tasks check the review state and preserve the branch history that the reviewer is examining. An open review, a changes-requested review and an approved review are distinct states. Approval does not merge the branch automatically. The task names the intended stopping point, so do not infer a later delivery action.
