A trigger starts the run, and each action card receives inputs. Open an action to set its Parameters. Send an email uses To, Subject and Body. These fields have different jobs: putting an address in the body doesn't send to that address. Save the flow, use Test, and open Run history to inspect the inputs and outputs of each executed action.
A green Succeeded label confirms that an action completed its configured work. It doesn't prove that you chose the right recipient or supplied the right message. Compare the recorded effect with the task. Here the Outlook connector stores a simulated email, so you can inspect it without sending anything. Action order matters when a later card depends on an earlier result. A failed predecessor can also cause a later card to be skipped.
