At Alder Dispatch, a flow that worked for one request now sends the wrong messages for a batch. The run has several useful clues: a connector response contains a value array, the source encodes a quantity as text, and an approval hasn't received an answer. Read those clues before proposing a new action.
A good debugging answer names the input and the point where its meaning changes. Converting a quantity makes a numeric comparison possible; selecting an array gives Apply to each its iterations. Neither step supplies a missing business rule. Explain what should happen to an empty batch or an unanswered approval as well. The questions include those cases because a flow can succeed technically while producing the wrong operational result. You can use the same approach when you inspect action inputs and outputs during a job interview.
