OneDrive for Business actions address cloud files through a connection. List files in folder returns metadata for the selected folder, while Get file content returns the content of one file. Create file writes a new file using its folder and name. Those operations have different inputs and outputs even when the designer places them beside one another.
The local connector represents a file by its full fixture path. Listings cover immediate children and return an empty array when no file matches. Creating a file whose path already exists reports a conflict rather than silently overwriting it. A workplace flow needs a deliberate versioning or update policy for repeated reports. The exercises teach those distinctions through local content and recorded effects; they do not inspect your OneDrive account. Keep source file identity separate from the display label you place in an email.
