Weekly Excel report
Cedar Vale's operations lead needs a weekly Excel reporting routine.
Read the fictional Weekly table, retain Open rows, total Units and email the summary. Keep source and inclusion counts as audit emails, post included references to Report review, save a dated report and notify the lead when it is ready.
Cedar Vale Operations needs a weekly report from the Weekly Excel table. The report must count all source rows, restrict operational totals to Open rows and preserve the references behind that total. Build a reviewable chain rather than typing a number from the visible workbook.
The project uses source-count and open-count emails as audit checkpoints. A Teams review trail lists the included references, the weekly summary states the unit total, and a text report preserves the week label. The hidden workbook includes an Open row with zero units. That is a known zero, not a missing report. Each step carries the earlier flow forward, so the final run must retain every agreed checkpoint. These messages remain local fixture effects and are intended to make the reporting decisions inspectable.
