Recurrence starts a scheduled cloud flow. Frequency and Interval describe how often it runs; the time zone gives local schedule fields their intended meaning. A weekly Monday report at 8:00 AM in New York should stay tied to that local appointment when daylight saving time changes.
A timestamp ending in Z is UTC. A local clock label without its time zone is incomplete scheduling information. Be explicit about the zone and the start time rather than relying on the person who last edited the flow. The simulator records schedule settings and lets you test a supplied event immediately; it doesn't run a background scheduler while you are away. Hidden checks inspect the trigger configuration as well as the resulting notification, because a manually triggered flow can produce the correct email once without meeting the recurring requirement.
