SharePoint lists store items with named columns. Get items returns a collection, even when the list currently contains one item. Its value array can feed Apply to each. Create item appends a new item. Update item changes an existing item, so identify the intended row before supplying its replacement fields.
A display label is not necessarily a stable identifier. Match the key supplied by the task, and preserve columns that the update doesn't intend to change. A duplicate-looking title can belong to another item. These exercises use fictional lists backed by local tables; there are no account credentials or remote writes. The checked effects show the item after an update as well as the list name. Inspect those fields instead of treating any successful write to any list as a completed task. SharePoint library files are separate from list items. Their file actions need a folder and file identity, and their content can be empty.
