A drill-through page answers the next question about a selected data point. A regional bar can lead to a detail table filtered to that region, without duplicating the detail page for every region. Put the linking field in the destination page's Drill-through well, then open that destination from a matching point on the source page.
Keep all filters controls whether extra source filters travel with the linking field. Leave it on when a channel selection should remain in force. Turn it off when the detail should compare the chosen region across channels. Add a Back button so the reader can return to the source page. A page tab changes pages, but it doesn't carry the selected data point; check the destination filter as well as its title.
