A map can show where a quantity occurs, but a location label isn't always enough to identify a place. A city name may exist in several states or countries. Supply a state or country context, or use latitude and longitude when the source provides them. Don't guess coordinates to make a map look complete.
Bubble maps encode values with marker size. Filled maps encode values across geographic areas. That makes a filled map suitable for states or regions with known boundaries, rather than individual stores. Compare the field wells with the question before you choose the map style. The simulator uses an original local outline for practice and doesn't contact a mapping service; your fields, grouping and filters still determine the values shown.
