A good interactive report makes context visible. Check which filters reach Detail, whether a layout bookmark replaces slicer choices, and whether an unchanged benchmark is deliberate. The final questions cover keyboard access and a phone layout, which need their own design choices. A report that responds to a mouse on a wide screen isn't automatically usable by everyone who has to read it.
