The quality coordinator at Fenwick Parcels receives a weight inspection export from a day/month source. A pending measurement is written as text, one attempt count was entered as a note, and a missing measurement differs from a measured zero. The coordinator needs both a clean reporting query and an exception list for the source owner.
Each task states which column is under review. Keep Errors and Remove Errors can apply to selected columns, so a weight audit should not silently become an attempt-count audit. Replacing a weight error with null keeps the record while admitting that its measurement is unknown. A zero remains zero. When you summarize the file, retain the missing-zone bucket so recorded weight still reconciles. Use the date source's locale and guard calculations against zero denominators rather than hiding their consequences afterwards.
