Projects/Greenbasket Market
The empty-shelf problem
Find the stores losing sales to empty shelves. Clean a weekly export, compare stores, and build an availability report.
The brief
Greenbasket's operations manager has store sales, stock checks, delivery records and a promotion calendar. Some stores report strong demand but frequent unavailable products. Decide where the team should investigate first, and keep observed availability problems apart from changes in demand.
- Data: twelve weeks of store sales, stock checks, deliveries and promotions.
- You deliver a clean observations table, a store comparison, a dashboard and a readout.
- Stages open as the content lands.
