A person-week table has one row for each person and week; a booking table can have several rows for that same person-week. Joining raw bookings to people and summing capacity repeats the person's hours for every booking.
Desk Staffing's joined report aggregates each source to team grain before joining staffing capacity with requisitions and applications. Use a left join when the staffing population must survive even if a team has no recruiting record. Stable IDs support detailed joins; names are display labels and can change or repeat. The exported tables are original fictional training records. You can inspect the joined output in the app, then use the table export as the same starting point you would use for an Excel merge or a Power BI relationship model.
