Cedar's selection queue includes an interview awaiting evidence and an offer workflow at different prepared stages. Follow the task's supplied setup, then complete only the requested next event. A candidate in Offer isn't yet a hire, and an approved offer isn't yet sent.
Read the criterion names as carefully as their scores. A high average can hide an omitted criterion, so the required scorecard checks the full evidence set. When recording an offer response, inspect the resulting application and requisition. Acceptance can close a one-position vacancy; decline produces a withdrawal and leaves hiring work to do. Each exercise starts independently, so a successful acceptance in one task doesn't fill the vacancy in another. Use the current task's records rather than remembering the state from the previous result panel.
