Project: a workforce reporting pack
The Harbor Advisory finance partner needs a workforce pack for a spreadsheet and a Power BI style reporting model. Deliver six named saved tables: January utilization, leave-week capacity, project economics, the February planning gap, a left-joined team model and the Analytics recruiting funnel. Every table must remain available in the final workspace and recalculate on changed data.
The finance partner needs a workforce pack for a planning meeting. A single utilization percentage won't explain open client demand, project economics and hiring progress. Build six named tables from a balanced schedule and keep them together as saved report definitions.
Use the specified period and population for each table. January's utilization, leave-week capacity and project economics describe current delivery. February's planner gap describes future demand. The joined table combines staffing and recruiting at team grain, while the funnel table describes application progress. These views have different grains and must remain separate in an exported workbook or reporting model. Your final workspace is the deliverable: all six definitions must remain saved and recalculate correctly on changed data. You can switch between them to inspect the output before using the export controls. Don't replace an earlier table merely because the next one has a different purpose.
Current delivery: utilization, capacity, economics.
Future demand: skills gap.
Reporting model: joined teams and recruiting funnel.
Deliver six retained, reconciled workforce tables.
