Matching combines capability with time. First check the exact skill and minimum proficiency, then grade and any location requirement. Finally compare the requested weekly hours with remaining capacity in every week of the role. A highly skilled person who is already committed may be a poor match for an immediate assignment.
The matching view shows why a person is eligible or excluded. Read those reasons instead of treating the first result as a ranking you must accept. Two eligible people may both be valid, while a lower hourly cost doesn't repair a failed skill requirement. An empty result is useful evidence: it can justify a changed start date, a smaller role, training or a hiring request. Keep confirmed commitments separate from provisional pressure, and inspect a tentative reservation before promising the same time elsewhere.
