The Fiori launchpad organizes apps into spaces and pages. A tile opens a business task rather than a separate copy of its data. Manage Purchase Orders and the GUI purchasing transactions work with the same purchasing records in this simulator. Choose the interface that the request names, then use the app's fields to narrow the task.
Value help finds valid identifiers. In SAP GUI, F4 opens help for a field that supports it; the result contains keys and descriptions. A name alone can be ambiguous, so carry the key into the transaction. Required fields still matter after you find a value. Saving an incomplete document should leave an error in the status bar and must not create a partial document.
