SAP Easy Access groups transactions by business process. Purchasing, sales and accounting have different menu branches, even when they refer to the same business partner. A favorite is a shortcut to a transaction; adding one doesn't create a document or change authorization. Keep favorites short enough to recognize the task you use.
Create and display transactions serve different purposes. Opening a report can show existing records without changing them, while a create form waits for new document data. A duplicate favorite adds no useful access. In this lesson you prepare a buyer's workspace and then open the transaction from the right process. The checker looks at the resulting favorites and active screen rather than the exact route you clicked.
