Report Center provides access to table and story reports. Before choosing columns, define the reporting population and the as-of date. Employee Central job history can contain several rows for one person, so a workforce snapshot needs the row effective on the selected date. Exporting all history and counting rows would answer a different question.
This training table report resolves the effective row first and shows active assignments. It includes contingent workers until you apply the Employee Class filter, which makes that population decision visible. Retain Employee ID alongside names so repeated names can be distinguished.
