A workforce export needs enough context to be recreated. Keep the employee identifier, effective date, population and FTE measure with the table. Names alone aren't reliable keys, and a total without its as-of date can't explain which hire or transfer belongs in the result. The spreadsheet should preserve the same selected population as the report.
Reconcile a people count and an FTE total separately. A correct sum of FTE doesn't prove that the headcount definition is correct. These exercises export table-report records and calculate controls from the same dated source. The simulator provides spreadsheet-compatible CSV; the task is the SAP-side reporting handoff, not an Excel formula exercise. Apply the population filter before you save the export.
