Form sections organize related fields. A resolution section can group Resolution code and Resolution notes without moving those fields to a different table. A related list displays records linked to the current record, such as task SLA rows attached to an incident. Several related rows may describe one parent task.
A form template supplies values to speed up repeated work. Review the values it applies, because a template can overwrite a field you already set. Personal tags help you organize records; they don't define access control. Visual Task Boards display tasks as cards for operational collaboration. Moving a card can update a mapped field, so a board is another working view of the underlying records. Use lists and forms to verify the final data.
