Incident triage project
Rosa Vega, the service desk manager, needs a working triage queue before the morning handoff. Northstar has active incidents, blank individual assignments, and closed work that must stay out of the queue. Build a saved Service Desk list, repair two assignments, and leave an internal note explaining the escalation. Done means the saved definition and edited records agree.
You are responsible for a complete incident triage handoff. The person receiving it needs a result they can use and explain. Read the brief, then follow the work through each dependent step. The instance carries your saved work forward.
Each step changes the same deliverable or adds evidence to it. Keep earlier conditions, assignments, and definitions unless the task asks you to replace them. The final check includes the completed state and the decision supported by it. Watch for a result that looks plausible while using the wrong table, an overly broad condition, or a duplicate relationship. Those errors can survive a quick visual review and change the operational conclusion.
