All contains the applications and modules your roles can open. A module is a destination, such as the incident list; it isn't the table itself. Type into Filter navigator to narrow the module tree. The filter doesn't search incident records.
Favorites stores destinations you choose. History records destinations you visited, so an empty History list doesn't mean the instance has no data. Next Experience keeps these navigation choices above the working area. You will move between lists and forms while keeping the same fictional Northstar company data. Start by choosing the correct module, then confirm the page title and table before you edit anything. A similarly named catalog task list is a different queue from Incidents.
