Administrators often enter a table name followed by .list in the navigator to open its list. Incident.list targets the Incident table. A display number helps people recognize a task; sys_id identifies it internally. Two records can share descriptive text without sharing an identity. This simulator accepts a .form convenience, but that isn't the standard form URL habit to use in a workplace instance. If a direct address opens an unexpected list, check the table name first. A task SLA row describes an SLA attached to a task, rather than the incident record itself.
