COUNTIFS and SUMIFS take as many conditions as you need, in pairs of range and criterion. A row counts only when it meets all of them.
COUNTIFS(C2:C21, "North", D2:D21, "Late"): late deliveries in the North zone.
SUMIFS(F2:F21, B2:B21, "Rosa", C2:C21, "Center"): Rosa's fees in the Center zone. In SUMIFS the range to add comes first, the opposite of SUMIF.
For a band of numbers or dates, use the same range twice: COUNTIFS(E2:E21, ">=20", E2:E21, "<=40"). To compare with a cell, join the operator on: ">="&H1. Dates work the same way, because a date is a number underneath.
Every range must be the same size, or Sheets returns an error saying the array arguments are of different size.
