Put the unit to work on the Harbor Bikes trips and the Northwind Help Desk tickets. Each exercise names the chart, so the challenge is building it correctly and reading it well: a Pareto line that runs in the right order, box plots with the right scope, a bullet graph whose target is aggregated sensibly and a Gantt chart that keeps one bar per ticket.
Several exercises end with a question. Read the answer from the chart: hover marks for exact values, and think about what the chart can and can't tell you before you answer.
Hints go from a nudge to the near-answer. Two of the exercises hide a classic mistake; the explanation after each one says what it was.
