A compensation change records a new pay amount for an existing worker. Enter the final annual salary requested here, not just the increase amount. Keep currency and pay frequency in view when comparing figures; this tenant uses annual USD salaries so those inputs are consistent.
Pay information is sensitive. A compensation process follows approvals, and a report containing salary needs an appropriately limited audience. In these exercises you'll finish the manager and Compensation Partner reviews, then inspect the salary and dated history. A zero or negative annual salary is invalid in the practice tenant. Pending requests must not overwrite the worker's existing pay, even when the proposed amount is otherwise valid.
