A True/False Condition evaluates a business rule and returns a Boolean. Use AND when every requirement must hold, and OR when any listed condition is sufficient. Evaluate Expression chooses an output value from ordered condition branches. The first matching branch wins, so put a narrower rule before a broader one that would also match it.
Always define the default result. Workers outside a salary band or with a blank manager still need an intentional output. Don't label every blank manager as an error: the chief executive is the root of this fictional reporting hierarchy. You'll use these fields to make review exceptions visible without changing worker data. The label explains the condition; it doesn't repair the underlying record.
