A dashboard places saved reports into worklets so a reporting audience can return to the same questions. Each worklet needs a meaningful title and a report that already runs correctly. Adding the same report twice doesn't create a second measure, and a missing component leaves a gap even if the dashboard looks complete.
Choose the audience before including sensitive fields. A staffing dashboard can contain a vacancy register and current headcount without exposing individual pay. Report access and underlying data access still apply when the report appears in a worklet. Test components before assembling them, then confirm that each requested component is present. The practice tenant uses named groups and a small set of report worklets; live tenants can configure additional dashboard behavior.
