Review new quality requests with a clear distinction between a raw blank, a business exception and an invalid reporting assumption. A root worker may have no manager. An open position may have no worker. A terminated worker may retain an old position for history. Each condition needs its own population rule.
Keep raw IDs in investigative reports so the owner can trace each finding. Derived flags should remain reproducible on another tenant version; a text note about the one visible worker isn't a reusable test. These tasks revisit manager lookups, grouped assignments and empty results. They also ask you to explain why a report's clean appearance doesn't establish that source data is correct. Report the evidence without editing staffing records as part of a read-only audit.
