Several leaders need short record checks before a reporting meeting. Keep the requested grain in view. A worker profile can answer who occupies a role; the position register can answer whether a staffing slot is open; the organization chart can answer how a department reports upward.
Don't repair the data during these checks. Preserve blank relationships and former-worker rows so the exception remains visible to the person responsible for it. These tasks mix navigation, simple reports and metric reading on workers you have not used in the opening examples. Where the label and the identifier seem inconsistent, use the identifier to trace the relationship.
