Related Actions is the contextual menu beside an object. On a worker it exposes staffing and compensation actions; on an organization it exposes organization tasks. Opening the menu doesn't change the object. The action you choose may launch a business process with approvals and an effective date.
Always read the worker or organization name above the menu. If you searched for a manager and then open a direct report, the context changes. Viewing a profile and initiating Change Job are different actions, even when both begin on the same worker. Use the menu to inspect what is available, then choose the smallest action that matches the request. Don't initiate a process merely to find information already visible on the profile.
