A Text Constant belongs to the Global business object and returns the same text wherever you use it. Concatenate joins field values or constants in order, using the separator you specify. These calculated fields can make a report readable without changing the underlying worker data.
Choose Worker for a concatenation that evaluates each person's fields. A position key belongs to Position because it describes a staffing slot. Inspect blanks when you combine relationships: the chief executive has no manager ID, and Felix's missing manager is a deliberate exception. A useful label should preserve the worker's own ID even when another component is empty. A review title doesn't prove that an employee has been reviewed.
