Product sense for a booking problem
Morrow Workshops lets community groups book meeting rooms. Organizers say it takes too long to find a suitable room, but no usage figures or confirmed cause are available. Decide which user problem to investigate and the first test to run.

Mid standard
- I compare clearer room information, availability search and a supported booking path against the observed bottleneck because each addresses a different failure. I choose a small test with a stated assumption and avoid inventing a demand estimate.
- I measure successful suitable bookings per eligible attempt and time to a confirmed suitable booking because clicks alone can rise while the task fails. I guard against cancellations, unsuitable rooms and exclusion of organizers who need assistance.
- I compare the result with the original assumption and inspect failed attempts because aggregate success may hide a harmed segment. I expand only with evidence of useful bookings and acceptable guardrails, and stop or revise if the bottleneck was elsewhere.
