Each lesson teaches one skill and gives you three to five exercises in a working spreadsheet with the ribbon, formula bar and shortcuts you'll use at work. The first exercise walks you through the steps; the next ones take the steps away, change the data and end with a task like the ones in job tests and real reports. Any correct formula counts, and a wrong one gets a message about what probably went wrong. You'll start with formulas and SUM, then work through IF, SUMIF and COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, absolute references and the shortcuts that save the most time.
